Terms of service

presentunda is free to use for everyone: individuals, companies, schools, event organisers and any other organisation. Tips are welcome but never required.

The service

presentunda.eu is provided by Dovydas Rimeisis. It:

• Plays slide decks with exact, automatic timing per slide (e.g. Ignite: 20 slides × 15 seconds) or within a time budget for the whole talk.
• Shows how much time is left, for the current slide and for the whole presentation.
• Accepts PDF and PowerPoint files, links to such files, and Google Slides decks shared with "Anyone with the link".
• Plays PowerPoint and Google Slides animations step by step.
• Checks a deck against the chosen format (number of slides, timing, text size, words per slide and more).
• PDFs you choose to keep in your browser are shown without being uploaded at all.
• With an account: a personal library of decks with their settings and speaker notes.
• Speaker notes, and a private notes view for your phone or tablet that follows the presentation live and can control it.
• Share links that let others view and play a deck, which you can switch off at any time.

Free of charge

• There is no fee, no subscription and no paid tier, for private or commercial use.
• If presentunda helps you, you can leave a tip through the "Buy me a coffee" button. Tips are voluntary gifts; they don't buy any extra service, priority or support.

Accounts

• You can use presentunda without an account. An account keeps your decks in a library.
• Keep your password to yourself; you are responsible for what happens with your account.
• You can delete your account at any time, with all your decks.

Your content

• Your decks and notes stay yours. You give us permission to store, convert and show them only so the service works for you, and for the people you share them with.
• Only upload content you are allowed to use.
• Don't use presentunda for anything illegal, to upload malware or harmful files, to harass others, or to overload or attack the service.
• We may remove content or accounts that break these rules or the law.

Availability and limits

• We do our best to keep presentunda running and your data safe, but the service is provided "as is", without guarantees of availability or fitness for a particular purpose. Keep your own copy of important decks.
• Fair-use limits apply (file size, storage per account, uploads per hour), as shown in the app.
• The service, or parts of it, may change or end. If it ends, registered users will be told in time to download their files.

Liability

As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect damage or lost data or profits from using presentunda. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law, such as for intent or gross negligence.

Privacy

How we handle your data is described in the privacy policy.

Changes and applicable law

• We may update these terms; the current version is always here, with its date. For significant changes, registered users are informed by email.
• The law of Lithuania applies. If you use presentunda as a consumer, the mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence still apply.
